Please park at the free car park at Pontypool Active Living Centre (What 3 Words ///cost.tonic.mostly) and walk past the leisure centre to the ski slope (approx 400m).
1. Snowsports are dangerous activities and you take part at your own risk.
2. No responsibility will be taken by Pontypool Snowsport Ltd. for any accidents or injuries however caused.
3. Pontypool Snowsport Ltd. take no responsibility for any facilities such as ski lifts or misting systems not working on the day of the coaching session.
4. Full payment is required at the time of booking and the session can only be guaranteed once full payment has been made.
5. If the client arrives late for a session then it may not be possible to give the full time agreed due to following booked sessions and no refund will be given. Pontypool Snowsport Ltd. will however make every effort to do so.
6. If Pontypool Snowsport Ltd. has to cancel the session, the session will be moved by mutual agreement or refunded.
7. The client may cancel or move the lesson up to 48hrs before the booked time. No refund within 48hrs of lesson but it may be rebooked for an alternative time/date.
8. The client is responsible for having the correct clothing. It will not be possible to use the facilities without these and no refund will be given.
