Gloves and suitable footwear are compulsory for your safety during the tubing session. Gloves are available to buy at the slope.
All equipment is included in the price.
Please arrive 20 minutes before your lesson is due to start so you can get kitted out with your equipment.
We run the sessions in all weather conditions. It is an outdoor activity and you should dress according to the weather. The only exception is lightning as the slope and lift system contains metal. In this case it may be necessary to move your session or modify the times to allow for the storm to pass.
The lesson may be cancelled or moved up to 48hrs before the booked time. No refund within 48hrs of lesson but it may be rebooked for an alternative time/date.

No, please park at the free car park at Pontypool Active Living Centre (What 3 Words ///cost.tonic.mostly) and walk past the leisure centre to the ski slope (approx 400m).
